Return & Refund Policy

At The Blood Over Autism, all apparel items are made to order and custom created specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, all shirt sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on shirts unless there is an error on our part.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong color
• Change of mind after purchase
• Accidental orders
• Preference changes after the order is placed

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If There Is An Issue With Your Order

If your item arrives with:

• The wrong item sent
• A printing error
• A damaged product
• A defect caused during production

Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at nicole@theblood.faith with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

If the mistake is confirmed to be on our end, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
