If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in filing an insurance claim with the shipping carrier.

 

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please check with your local post office, neighbors, household members, or the delivery carrier directly.
